Have you tried the "F" diet?

The "F" diet is a diet rich in fiber! Fiber can make you full faster, and keep you full longer! It also slows the entry of food into the bloodstream, which can help control blood sugar and insulin response; both of which can lead to cravings and fat storage.
There are two types of fiber that you can add to your diet.

1. Water Soluble Fiber- Found in fruits and vegetables. (Apples, oranges, grapes, beans and oats.)
2. Insoluble Fiber- Helps cleanse the intestines and nourish blood. (Broccoli, pears, beets, whole grains.)

Try including plenty of fiber in your diet for better digestion, weight-loss and overall health.
If you are not getting enough fiber in your diet, consider supplementing with products like Benefiber or Fiberchoice.
