Your Guide To Sexy Skin

1. Proper Pampering- Be sure you are doing the proper skin-care regime on your face and neck everyday.

Proper Skin Care Regimen

Cleanse. Always cleanse your face morning and night. It is essential to get the makeup, dirt, and grime off of your face before bed, and cleanse the skin in the morning to remove the detoxification of your skin at night.

Exfoliate. Polish your skin with a gentle exfoliant every three days. This gives it an instant glow and shine, as well as oxygenating the skin. It will also allow your skin to properly absorb other skin-care products.

Repair. People normally moisturize after cleansing, but a repair serum is actually the next step. Everyone should use an antioxidant rich serum to protect their skin from damaging free-radicals.

Moisturize. Moisturizers seal in your repair product, hydrate the skin and repair barrier function.

Protect. Nothing will do more damage to your skin than leaving it unprotected. A broad-spectrum SPF30 or above shields your skin from harmful UVA/UVB rays.

2. Keep Your Chest And Back Clear- Use a shower gel that contains benzoyl peroxide, or salicylic acid, and use scrub gloves to gently exfoliate the skin with the gel. You can also apply a oil-free body lotion that contains salicylic acid for added benefits.

3. Don't Bake- Tanning ages the skin prematurely. Repeated, unprotected exposure to the sun can cause sagging, wrinkling, and overall dull looking skin. Sun spots and freckling are also side effects of sun exposure. If you tan over a long period of time, you will end up looking significantly older than your age. Opt for self tanners, or very limited sun exposure, and run far from the tanning salon!

4. Detox- Keep the skin beautiful by staying healthy. Drink plenty of water, eat and balanced diet, and exercise. Sweating is so important to the detoxification of the skin, so if you have access to a sauna take advantage.

5. Attitude- Stress can affect your skin, so try to manage your stress as best as you can. Your skin often reflects what is taking place internally, so be sure you take time to relax.
