5 Habits To Break Today, To Be Healthier

2. Bland Food- Feel free to add flavor to your food, with various herbs and spices. These spicy wonders are not only tasty, but can actually make you healthier. Many herbs and spices boast benefits like lowering blood sugar levels (Cinnamon), and improving circulation (Cayenne Pepper.)
