Best plan for preventing wrinkles!

Your genes only attribute to 30% of how your skin ages. The rest of your skins aging is a direct result of your lifestyle. Here are a few lifestyle tips to prevent wrinkles.

1.Protect- I have said it before and I will say it again. Stay out of the sun, and away from the tanning salon. Protect your skin daily. Wear at least SPF 30 every day. I love Kiehl's Super Fluid UV Defense SPF 50+.

2. Consume Antioxidants- Along with supplementing daily, you should eat and drink foods rich in antioxidants (green tea, blueberries, acai, and dark colored leafy greens.)

3. Don't Smoke- This should be a no brainer. It's not worth the damage it does to your body, especially your skin. Avoid smoking at ALL costs.

4. Frownies- Sleep on your back at night to avoid lines and wrinkles. This can also help reduce puffy eyes, and dark circles. Also, sleep with frownies on your trouble spots. Frownies can be found at any local high end beauty store, and they keep you from making expressions during sleep.

5. Retin-A- Get a prescription for Retin-A and work your way up to using it every night. Vitamin A increases cell turnover of the skin, which promotes collagen production.

6. Sunglasses- Sunglasses aren't just a fashion statement or a protection for your actual eyes. They are also important in preventing crows feet and other fine lines around the eyes. Wear sunglasses whenever you are outdoors in the daytime.
